Robinson and Norwood of NAI Norwood Group lease 3,134 s/f of medical office to Shift Consulting and Counseling

72 South River Road - Bedford, NH

Bedford, NH Matt Robinson and Louise Norwood of NAI Norwood Group leased 3,134 s/f of medical office space at 72 South River Rd. to Shift Consulting and Counseling.

Shift Consulting and Counseling provides comprehensive & culturally competent mental health and wellness services.

The second-floor space offers a number of private offices and consultation rooms.

“The demand for medical office is still strong in the Southern NH market,” said Robinson who represented the owner.

Norwood said “Quality space is moving quickly as both tenants and owners struggle with the everchanging world of healthcare.”

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
