White and Burke of The Boulos Co. sell 8,240 s/f med’l. office for $1.05m

259 Route 108 - Somersworth, NH

Somersworth, NH Kent White and Caitlin Burke completed the sale of the 8,240 s/f medical office property located at 259 Rte. 108. The transaction marks a transition for the Rte. 108 property, which has long benefited from strong visibility and convenient access within the Seacoast region.

The property, known for its location and versatile use potential, has been an established part of the business corridor. Its sale reflects continued interest and confidence in the local real estate market and the ongoing growth of the area.

“I’m pleased to see this property move on to its next chapter,” said White. “259 Route 108 has been a solid asset, and I’m confident the new ownership will find great opportunity in the location and the Somersworth community.”

The sale was completed earlier this month, with the property transferring to Labelle Herman Real Estate Holdings, LLC for $1.05 million. Lawa-Na McClellan from Keller Williams Coast and Lake Realty represented the buyer. Additional details of the transaction were not disclosed.
