Meredith, NH Joe Robinson and Chris Norwood, of NAI Norwood Group, completed the sale of over 21,780 s/f of industrial space at 23 Foundry Ave. The $1.445 million transaction highlights the continued strength of the industrial market in the Lakes Region, particularly for well-located, smaller-format industrial properties.

The seller, Richard Comstock, conveyed the property to NEWOP, LLC. NAI Norwood Group represented the seller. Chris Kelly of The Platinum Group, Re/MAX Innovate Bayside, represented the buyer. The property’s location and functional layout attracted interest, underscoring the depth of demand in this segment of the market.

Norwood said “This sale illustrates that even industrial assets located outside traditional industrial hubs still have strong value.”
