Russell and Nolan of Pearce close deal on 30,000 s/f industrial building

Middletown, CT According to Barbara Pearce, chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, senior commercial associate Christopher Nolan and senior commercial broker Carl Russell have sold an industrial property.

The assets of the 30,000 s/f industrial building, located at 35 Industrial Park Pl., created a strong demand for the building. It sits on four acres, and its central location along the I-91 corridor, as well as its proximity to large municipal centers, including Hartford, Middletown and New Haven, were strong considerations of interested buyers.

Nolan and Russell served as both the listing and selling agents representing seller James Gerber of Palatine, IL., as well as the buyer in this transaction.

Nolan has served as president of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors (now the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors) and as a state director for that local association. Nolan was also a founding committee member of The Downtown Real Estate Brokers’ Committee for a Better New Haven. Throughout his real estate career, Nolan has also been active in community service, including sitting on the executive board and serving as vice-chairman of the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Russell is a specialist in investment analysis, offering his clients more than 50 years of experience in the field of real estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He has won multiple awards for his work in the commercial real estate profession, and he was a well-respected instructor in the National Association of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Real Estate CCIM program. Russell’s community service activities include long-time involvement in the Rotary Club of Orange and the Orange Economic Development Corp.
