Robinson and Norwood of NAI Norwood sell 8,000 s/f ind’l. space

24 Foundry Avenue - Meredith, NH

Meredith, NH Joe Robinson and Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group completed the $720,000 sale of over 8,000 s/f of industrial space located at 24 Foundry Ave.

The seller, Richard Comstock Jr., conveyed the property to Lakeside Luxury Garages, LLC.

NAI Norwood Group represented the seller.

The property’s location and layout attracted interest, underscoring the depth of demand in this segment of the market.

“The demand for small size industrial seems to be limitless in today’s economy,” said Robinson.

Norwood said, “We still have the companion property across the street for sale, a 20,000 s/f industrial building for sale in the Lakes Region.”

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
