Robinson and Scott of Apartment Realty Advisors New England handle sale of Highpoint Apartments

Atlanta-headquartered Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA), one of the largest privately held, full-service investment advisory brokerage firms in the nation focusing exclusively on the multi-housing industry, recently brokered the sale of Highpoint Apartments, a 394-unit apartment community. ARA New England brokers Richard Robinson and Terence Scott exclusively represented the seller, Highpoint Apartments, LLC and procured the buyer, an affiliate of Berkshire Property Advisors. "Given Highpoint Apartments' unbeatable location, quality finishes, and breathtaking views of Quincy Harbor and Boston's shoreline, the property will likely see continued strong rental growth into the future," said Robinson. Built in 2004 by Roseland Property Company and The Congress Group, Highpoint Apartments includes 394 units on 22 acres of land. The property features an 8,000 s/f clubhouse and a high-end unit amenity package.
