Roche Realty Group lists and sells 2-story office building in Laconia

Laconia, NH Rick Hagan of Roche Realty Group represented the seller, Lakes Region Mental Health of their former headquarters at 111 Church St. and John Goodhue of Roche Realty Group represented the buyer, DASLTK, LLC in the undisclosed sale of a 2-story professional office building. 

According to Hagan, the building is sited on almost an acre and has paved parking spaces for 66 cars. The building includes 13,824 s/f of office and reception space with an elevator. 

Goodhue indicated the buyer intends to rehabilitate the interior of the building for professional office space.
