Roedel Companies adds 147-room Hampton Inn to hotel portfolio

lake buena Vista, FL N.H.-based hotel owner/operator Roedel Companies has added a 147-room Hampton Inn to its hotel portfolio. Roedel Companies is utilizing its subsidiary company RGH Hospitality, LLC to manage the property on behalf of owners SteepRock Capital, LLC and LBV Property Associates, LLC. Renovations to the Hampton Inn are slated for August 2012. The hotel's lobby will be remodeled and its exterior repainted. The property's landscaping will also be updated and provide curb appeal. "SteepRock Capital is excited to be entering the Orlando market," said John Bucci, co-founder and co-managing partner of SteepRock Capital. "We see a strong future for the hotel and are pleased to be partnered with Roedel Companies and RGH Hospitality."
