Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has sold a 45,000 s/f industrial condominium located at 81 Fitzgerald Dr. in the Drumlin Industrial Park. The seller, Smith Properties, LLC, of Alabama was represented by Bob Rohrer and Hugo Overdeput of G&E|Coldstream's Bedford office. The buyer, Sarantos-Economos Family Real Estate, LLC, was assisted by Sam Proctor of Proctor & Greene Real Estate. The property sold for $1.35 million, according to the Cheshire County Registry of Deeds. The building was previously occupied by Northeast Reel, a subsidiary of Smith Companies of Alabama.
