Rohrer and Overdeput of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream R. E. handle 45,000 s/f, $1.35 million sale for Smith Properties

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has sold a 45,000 s/f industrial condominium at 81 Fitzgerald Dr. The property is located in the Drumlin Industrial Park. The seller, Smith Properties, LLC, was represented by Bob Rohrer and Hugo Overdeput of G&E|Coldstream's Bedford office. The buyer, Sarantos-Economos Family Real Estate, LLC, was assisted by Sam Proctor of Proctor & Greene Real Estate. The property sold for $1.350 million, according to the Cheshire County Registry of Deeds. The property was previously occupied by Northeast Reel. Northeast Reel was sold in 2007. Along with the existing tenants, it is understood that the new owners will be relocating to the building.
