ROK Builders, LLC completes renovation to Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch

ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has remodeled and updated lobby facilities at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch. The company incorporated Hilton Garden Inn's "Project Grow" design standards, an initiative to update all franchise properties and unify the brand by the end of 2013, into the project. In addition, ROK Builders updated the Hilton Garden Inn's 7,000 s/f pre-function and conference center with new flooring and wall coverings. ROK made minimal structural changes to the Hotel to meet the "Project Grow" design standards set by Hilton Garden Inn. A garden atmosphere was created throughout the lobby by installing new flooring, pendant light fixtures, stone counters, cabana draperies and artwork. Planters with live interior plants and lanterns were also placed across the property. "The new layout and nature-inspired design has transformed the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch's lobby into a place of relaxation and socialization for guests," said Fred Roedel, president of ROK and partner of Roedel Companies.
