AlliedCook completes 12,000 s/f addition for Berlin City Auto Group

AlliedCook has completed construction of the service area addition for the Berlin City Auto Group Dealership on Riverside St. The 12,000 s/f addition to the Toyota and Scion service area added 12 new mechanic service bays, a new alignment bay, a new car wash bay and men's/women's locker rooms. With the service area complete, construction is now underway on renovations to the showroom and a 2,200 s/f new care delivery area addition. The project is expected to be completed in August. The showroom renovations are being completed while the dealership remains open with minimal disruptions to daily operations. This is the second project that AlliedCook has completed for Berlin City Auto Group. Berlin City Auto Group's Riverside location sells and services Toyota, Scion, and Lexus. Since 1958, AlliedCook Construction has provided construction management services to a diverse range of clients, earning the reputation as one of the premiere construction management firms in Maine and N.H. Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
