ROK Builders named to remodel and update two La Quinta hotels
ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been awarded the contracts to remodel and update facilities for La Quinta Corporation's La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West and Ft. Lauderdale Airport. These projects include renovations to all guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas. Both hotels will remain open during the project which will be completed this month.
With over 45 years of hotel ownership, construction insight and operations experience, ROK Builders has completed more than 40 new build and renovation projects along with over 20 major maintenance assignments.
