Rorick of Colliers International arranges 7,264 s/f lease

Colliers International has arranged a new 7,264 s/f lease on behalf of building owner Heyman Properties at 333 Post Rd. West. Performance Physical Therapy signed a ten-year lease on the first floor of the building. The new tenant was represented by John D. Hastings Real Estate. Senior managing director Tim Rorick of Colliers International's Stamford office represented Heyman Properties. 333 Post Rd. West is a Class A office property located within minutes of downtown Westport and easily accessible from I-95, the Merritt Pkwy. and the Westport Metro-North and Amtrak railroad stations.
