Rosen of Phoenix Commercial arranges 6,331 s/f sublease to Care Management
Phoenix Commercial R.E. has subleased 6,331 s/f at 313 Boston Post Rd. to Care Management International.
The space, which formerly served as a call center for One Communications, will serve the same function for Care Management, which has moved from its Hudson facility to accommodate growth.
Care Management is a leading provider of quality care management support and consultative and analytic services to the healthcare industry.
Mark Rosen of Phoenix represented Care Management. Deborah Tamulis, principal of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant.
