The Roseview Group, a private real estate investment and advisory firm, has promoted Meghan Hargraves from office manager to analyst, and Kevin Galligan from senior analyst to associate director.
In her new role, Hargraves will be responsible for assisting in the management of commercial real estate transactions from initial marketing through closing, asset management operations, compiling extensive research on clients, and analyzing data gathered with financial models.
In his new role, Galligan will be responsible for asset management, disposition management, leasing, entitlement review and negotiation, investment analysis, note sales and creation of distressed debt restructuring strategies.

Before joining Roseview, Hargraves spent four years as Operations Coordinator for Leerink Swann LLC where she managed financial record keeping for the group that had revenue in excess of $15 million. Prior to Leerink Swann, Hargraves also worked for Daly Gray Public Relations and Liberty Mutual. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Art's degree in Political Science and Speech Communication. Hargraves is also an active volunteer with Boston Cares, the largest volunteer action center in New England.

Galligan previously spent more than three years at Anglo Irish Bank where he served as an analyst and senior analyst. While at Anglo, he worked on loan originations, as well as the underwriting of more than $1 billion in new business and the asset management of $2 billion in existing debt that included hotels, apartments, offices and condominiums located across the U.S. Galligan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.

BOSTON - June 11, 2012 - The Roseview Group, a private real estate investment and advisory firm, announced today that it has named Emily Copeman, 28, Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Managing Partner and CEO Vince Costantini, as well as Roseview's other partners.

In her role as Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Copeman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Roseview's Boston office, providing support for the leadership team and assisting with firm's marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Roseview, Copeman most recently served as a Producer for Peel & Eat LLC. She helped launch this startup post-production company and coordinated all new business, from sales to the assembly of bids, for a range of commercial television and short film projects. Previously, Copeman spent four years working in international operations and market development for Health Dialog Services, Inc., a global healthcare services firm with more than $12 billion in revenue.

Copeman holds a B.A. in English and Business Management from Skidmore College and serves on the Board of Directors for Boston GLOW (Girls' Leadership, Organized Women). As Director of Fundraising and Marketing since 2010, Copeman has helped Boston GLOW raise $50,000 in scholarship funds for young women in Boston's most underfunded schools. She is also an active participant of FemCity Boston, Boston Athenaeum, the Boston Society of Young Philanthropists, Boston World Partnerships, and the Skidmore College Alumni Admissions Committee.
