NAI Hunneman has brokered the $3.65 million sale of 195 Commonwealth Ave., a 12-unit apartment building.
David Ross, executive vice president/principal, and Gina Barroso, sales associate, both of NAI Hunneman, represented the seller, and procured the buyer.
"Trophy assets continue to draw huge interest from all investor sectors including cap rate investors, value added players, and condo converters, all were present in the multiple bid situation of this asset" said Ross.
Built in 1892, 195 Comm. Ave. is an 8,500 s/f five-story building.
