David Ross and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Boston recently represented The Yacobian Group in a 12,140 s/f office lease relocation and expansion at the Riverside Center on 275 Grove St. The Yacobian Group will occupy part of the ground floor in its new building.
Yacobian, which previously occupied 10,000 s/f at 3 Clock Tower Place in Maynard, is moving its office headquarters and upgrading its space to accommodate its accelerating growth. The 508,000 s/f Riverside Center, a class A office complex, is adjacent to the MBTA Riverside Terminal, with access to the Mass. Turnpike and Rte. 128. It features a 500-foot long, 65-foot high interior atrium, a fitness center, and a café.
Cresa's project management team, led by Barry Dubé and Amy Unangst, is overseeing the build-out, with a move-in date slated for November.
The landlord, Equity Office, was represented by Alex Dauria of Jones Lang LaSalle.
