David Ross of Cresa Boston recently represented WorkflowOne, a leading national provider of managed print and promotional marketing materials, in a 116,000 s/f office and warehouse lease renewal at 1-5 Sassacus Dr.
The company, which has additional locations in Woburn and Mansfield, occupies a portion of the one-story, 164,000 s/f office building. WorkflowOne has 14 business service centers nationwide with over 1.5 million s/f of warehousing space.
According to Ross, the company realized favorable lease terms and wanted to continue at its conveniently located space.
