Roundhill Construction completed the fit-up of 4,400 s/f of new office space for OneView Commerce at 70 Fargo St.
Roundhill Const. conducted the build-out project on behalf of The Beal Cos., the owner of 70 Fargo St., and its joint-venture partner, Rockpoint Group. Also known as Seaport Center, 70 Fargo St. is a 465,000 s/f, Class A office building located in the South Boston Seaport District. Margulies Peruzzi Architects provided design services.

Roundhill completed the nearly full gut-rehab of the building's ninth floor on a fast-track basis to accommodate OneView Commerce's tight relocation schedule. OneView Commerce, a provider of software solution for retailers, will be headquartered at the building.

"We're very pleased to have worked with The Beal Cos., one of the premier full-service real estate firms in the region, on this office build-out," said Ted Fish, president of Roundhill Construction. "We anticipate that the new space for OneView Commerce is just the first of many collaborative projects involving Roundhill and Beal."

Janet Morra, building architect and principal at Margulies Peruzzi Architects, commented, "Having just completed the OneView tenant fit-out project with Roundhill Construction, I can say that working with their team was a very positive experience. From the outset, it was clear that Ted Fish's intent was to make sure that all parties - landlord, tenant and architect - finished out the project on a very satisfied note. Whether it was dealing with last-minute changes or tracking down unusual products, Ted and his staff used their knowledge and experience to 'make it happen.' We would certainly look forward to working with Roundhill Construction on another project."
