Cranston, RI Christina Rouse of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiated the sale of 725 Reservoir Ave., Unit 104, to attorney John Carroll.
The property is a 1,428 s/f office condo previously occupied by Urologic Specialists of New England. It consists of a reception area, private offices, and significant on-site parking. The buyer plans to utilize the space for his personal injury law office.
Rouse represented the seller. Joe Caprara of HomeSmart represented the buyer.
