Rowell joins Cityside PM as property manager

Cityside PM welcomes Rachel Rowell as a new property manager to oversee maintenance and other property management services for multiple condominium properties in New Hampshire. Rowell formerly held a similar position at Harvard Management and has the certification of Association Management Specialist (AMS) from Community Associations Institute. Rowell is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
