Rowell joins Cityside PM as property manager

Cityside PM welcomes Rachel Rowell as a new property manager to oversee maintenance and other property management services for multiple condominium properties in New Hampshire. Rowell formerly held a similar position at Harvard Management and has the certification of Association Management Specialist (AMS) from Community Associations Institute. Rowell is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Cityside PM vice president Mike Martinez said, "Rachel is among the elite professionals in property management having earned multiple certifications and almost a decade of experience in our industry. Rarely do you find someone so enthusiastic about work and committed to the clients who depend on our services." Rowell is a New Hampshire native and lives in Manchester.
