Roy joins Vantage Builders as project manager

Waltham, MA Vantage Builders, Inc. has appointed Andy Roy as project manager.  Roy is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing ground-up construction, design-build and renovation projects for the firm’s commercial, educational, medical, retail and life sciences clients. “Key to the success of Vantage Builders has been our ability to create strong, long-term relationships with our clients,” said John Connor, principal, Vantage Builders.  “During his career, Andy has displayed a similar focus on clients, placing a value on communication and building trust.  He is an excellent addition to our already strong team.” A construction industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience, Roy previously held project management roles with Timberline Construction, Highland Development, Consigli Construction and Payton Construction.  He has completed projects for a wide range of clients, including Boston University, Tahaza Hummus Kitchen, Broadcom Corp., Brandeis University, Lesley University, Acetylon Pharmaceuticals, Unidesk, Seven Hills Foundation, State Street, Reebok, Phillips Medical Systems and Fidelity Investments. Roy graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology.  He holds a construction supervisor license with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts along with 30- and 10-hour OSHA certifications.
