Royal Properties arranges 10-year lease for LaserAway - 1,625 s/f
Stamford, CT Royal Properties, Inc. has arranged a 10-year lease for LaserAway with options at 2000 West Main St. (Rte. 1).
LaserAway has leased 1,625 s/f in ShopRite Plaza, bringing the center to 100% occupancy. The center is situated off I-95 at the Old Greenwich and Stamford border and provides 540 parking spaces. LaserAway will join ShopRite, Banfield Pet Hospital, Orangetheory Fitness, Dunkin’, First County Bank, and more.
“LaserAway was drawn to the center due to ShopRite’s high sales volume and the great traffic counts of 16,245 vehicles per day along West Main St.,” said Jeff Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who is the exclusive broker for ShopRite Plaza. Michael Miller from SCG Retail represented the tenant in this transaction.
