Royal Properties, Inc. signs GOLFTEC to 2,500 s/f in Westport
Westport, CT According to Royal Properties, Inc., GOLFTEC signed a 10-year lease for 2,500 s/f at 877 Post Rd. East.
“We are very pleased to represent GOLFTEC in finding their first location in Fairfield County, CT. GOLFTEC will bring an exciting new concept to Westport,” said John Williams of Royal Properties, who handled this assignment on behalf GOLFTEC. Robert Lewis of Vidal Wettenstein represented the landlord in this transaction.
877 Post Rd. East is a retail center accessible off exit 18 of I-95. This site is visible with over 255 ft. of frontage on Post Rd. (Rte. 1) at a four-way signalized intersection.
GOLFTEC will be surrounded by retailers including Walgreens, Starbucks, Citibank, Subway, Fresh Market, McDonald’s, Orangetheory Fitness, Dunkin’ Donuts, Mitchell’s and many more.
