Eley of RPL handles $1.1 million sale of penthouse at 31 Coddington Wharf in downtown Newport

Newport, RI Residential Properties Lts. (RPL) has completed the sale of 31 Coddington Wharf, Unit 30 for $1.1 million. The selling agent, Lori Eley, is a member of RPL’s Narragansett Office. 

The penthouse sits in downtown and has views out to Newport Harbor and all the highlights of Narragansett Bay, including Fort Adams Park and multiple islands. The unit consists of an open layout and rooftop with 360 degree panoramic views.

The selling agent, Eley, is a lifelong Rhode Island resident who has lived in Narragansett for over 13 years. She specializes in condominiums, single family homes, vacant land, investment properties as well as waterfront, luxury homes.
