The property is located on the corner of Chandler and Mason St. in the city’s redevelopment corridor.

The building was occupied by Suney’s Pub and operated by the Kachadoorian family for over 50 years.

216 Chandler was sold on August 18th, for $1.25 million by Darnell Dunn and Todd Lornell from Rubric Commercial.

Cardinal Realty represented the buyer.
