Rubric Commercial sells three parcel Worcester property

Worcester, MA Rubric Commercial is pleased to congratulate Tantara Corp. on the sale of a three-parcel land assemblage including 53, 54 Mason St. and 11 Parker St. The property is a two-building redevelopment site on 30,000 s/f of land.

The parcels were sold on August 1^st. Darnell Dunn and Todd Lornell from Rubric Commercial brokered the transaction with Rebecca Yarnie of Cardinal Realty representing the purchaser.
