Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 1,100 s/f lease for State Farm Insurance
State Farm Insurance will open a new agency location at 448 Washington Ave. on or about October 1. The State Farm Agency will occupy approximately 1,100 s/f.
State Farm was represented by Stacy DeAngelis of Calcagni Associates and Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord, 448 Washington Ave., LLC.
