Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 3,000 s/f lease to children's court
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord/owners of at 1501 East Main St., Cucinelli Properties, LLC as well as the three districts and the State of Connecticut in the lease of 3,000 s/f on the second floor of the building.
The Central CT Regional Children's Probate Court services three districts: Meriden, Middletown and Wallingford.
