Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 7,200 s/f $630,000 sale
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz recently brokered the $630,000 sale of the 7,200 s/f office building located at 2572 Whitney Ave. The vacant space in the building will be occupied by Hamilton Connections, a statewide human resource firm associated with the buyers of the property. They will be joining long time tenants Margolis Property Management, attorneys Carbonella & Walsh, and Brown Financial Planning.
Ruff represented the buyer, Hanbell LLC, and the seller GGM Co.
