Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC, assisted Alexander Music Studios in negotiating a 1,000 s/f, three-year lease with two, three-year options at 131 Bradley Rd. Alexander Music Studios trains individuals in two aspects of the performing arts, voice and keyboard.
Ruff represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
