Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leases 4,000 s/f
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC leased the former Lincare location at 459 B Washington Ave. to D. Snead Drywall, LLC. The space consists of 1,000 s/f of office and 3,000 s/f of shop and warehouse.
Ruff was the sole broker in the transaction representing the landlord, Mais Realty, LLC and the tenant.
Levey Miller Maretz is celebrating its 50th year in the New Haven County Market. The firm specializes in the buying, selling and renting of commercial properties. The firm also has a very active business brokerage program.
