Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leases 5,000 s/f to J.A. Gymnastics, LLC
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokered a lease for 5,000 s/f at 4 Toelles Rd. to J.A. Gymnastics, LLC, a new firm in Wallingford, that will offer gymnastic coaching to all ages.
Ruff represented the landlord and Phil Barber of H. Pearce Commercial represented the new tenant.
Levey Miller Maretz, LLC was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
