Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leases final two vacancies at 214 Amity Road; Gold of OR&L Commercial assists with 1,450 s/f retail lease

Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC has leased the final two vacancies at 214 Amity Rd. A 1,450 s/f retail space has been leased to Burnt, LLC on a three year lease with a seven year option. Ruff represented the landlord and Richard Gold or OR&L Commercial, represented the tenant in this transaction. The final available office suite has been leased to Hispanic Recruitment Services, Inc., who have moved their offices from New Britain. The tenant has entered into a two year lease with two three year options. Ruff represented the tenant and the landlord in this transaction. Levey Miller is a full service commercial real estate firm, handling transactions in buying, selling and leasing of commercial properties. The firm also brokers business sales and has an extensive property management department.
