Russell of H. Pearce Commercial brokers $675,000 sale of 18,168 s/f ind’l./whse.
West HAVEN, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has sold 40 Front Ave. for $675,000.
This 18,168 s/f light industrial and warehouse building will be used by the buyer for their specific needs. Both the buyer, Price-Smart and the seller, Forty Front Avenue, LLC were represented by Russell.
Price-Smart supplies and distributes a range of general merchandised products like over the counter cosmetics, toiletries, novelties, household accessories, etc.
Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); he is a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program. In addition, Russel was an assistant adjunct professor of Real Estate at New York University. He is also past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
