The location is 2,112 s/f of retail space. Russell represented the tenant, Inside Living Style, and the landlord. The space will be occupied by Inside Living Style, a home decor studio with 20 years of experience, moving from New Haven Ave. They specialize in creating custom furniture, upholstery, and window treatments.
