The space will be occupied by Factory Auto Parts, a multi-generational, family-owned company based in Eagan, Minnesota. Factory Auto Parts prides itself on providing premium original equipment and name-brand automotive parts, serving as a total resource for independent service centers, dealerships, fleets, and wholesale customers.

In the transaction, Russell represented the landlord of 53 Robinson, while Factory Auto Parts was represented by Matt O’Hare of CBRE Group’s New Haven office.
