Russell of Pearce Real Estate handles 6,000 s/f new lease to Mattress Plus
Milford, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker at Pearce Real Estate, has closed on the lease of 6,000 s/f at 1770 Boston Post Rd.
This retail space will be occupied by Mattress Plus LLC of Waterbury, Conn. They will be selling mattresses, furniture, rugs, and related products. The tenant was represented by Richard Schnider of True Commercial Real Estate in Westport, Cobb., and the landlord was represented by Russell.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
