Russell of Pearce Real Estate receives CCIM Dealmaker Award
North Haven, CT At the CCIM Connecticut chapter Dealmaker Awards and 2019 officer installation dinner, Carl Russell senior commercial broker, CCIM, SIOR, GRI, of Pearce Real Estate, received the Dealmaker Award in the category of Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
Russell shared the award with DeForest Smith, for arranging the 1031 exchange of the land in Milford with a former Dollar General Store in Ashford. The transaction closed for $1.982 million in March.
