Russell of Pearce R.E. leases space to Kathy’s Famous Cookies and More
Milford, CT Pearce Real Estate has completed a lease for retail space in the Woodmont Plaza Shopping Center at 1365 New Haven Ave. to Kathy’s Famous Cookies and More.
Eileen Russell of Pearce Commercial represented Kathy’s. The landlord is The Kempner Corp. and was represented by William Cafero of Charter Realty and Development.
Kathy sells cookies, scones, biscotti, cupcakes, and more. Kathy has been baking onsite and selling cookies and more for over 18 years.
She also distributes them wholesale to large and small supermarkets. Kathy has become so successful that she needed to expand.
