R. W. Holmes brings Raynham spec industrial building to 100% leased before completion

Raynham, MA R.W. Holmes has arranged nine leases for Ryan Industrial Park’s 67,000 s/f new spec industrial building at 50 Ryan Dr., making it fully leased prior to completion.

Among the recent leases signed that brought the building to full occupancy was a lease with Floors & Walls for 13,000 s/f. Other new tenants include Mike’s Music, Central Glass, Calise & Son’s Bakery, and Mass Drifters.

In all nine transactions, R.W. Holmes vice president Bob Strelke represented the tenants and landlord, Ryan Industrial Park.

“In the Route 24 Market, there was an unmet need for users looking for space in the 5,000-15,000 square feet range,” said Strelke. “We were pleased to work with an owner who recognized this and developed a quality product.”

The park includes 170,000 s/f of space in three separate buildings on 20 acres with access to I-495 and Rte. 24.
