Littleton, MA R.W. Holmes has facilitated a 6,614 s/f flex lease for Neo Virtus Engineering at 305 Foster St. Bradley Sampson, associate at R.W. Holmes, represented Neo Virtus Engineering as the tenant. The landlord, Apex Properties, managed the lease directly, with no other brokers involved.
“This space is a great fit for Neo Virtus Engineering’s current and future needs,” said Sampson. “We’re pleased to have assisted in securing a location that will support their ongoing success.”
The newly leased space will provide Neo Virtus Engineering with a more efficient and modern layout to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
