R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate handles 9,564 s/f lease to MacDougall Biomedical Communications
Natick, MA R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate has completed the lease of 9,564 s/f at 1075 Worcester Rd. to MacDougall Biomedical Communications.
The new office/lab building is located on the westbound side of Rte. 9 with views of Lake Cochituate. All of the new suites are built to suit.
Exponent is building the 61,000 s/f facility for their East Coast headquarters expansion, but will be leasing out excess space on the first and third floors.
R.W. Holmes represented both the tenant and the landlord, Exponent, in the transaction.
