Ryer of Ryer Associates brokers $850,000 sale of 4,500 s/f building
Jeff Ryer, CCIM/SIOR of Ryer Associates Commercial Real Estate, Inc. recently brokered the sale of the car wash facility known as Rub A Dub Car Spa located at 10 Station Rd. The .8 acre parcel is improved with a 4,500 s/f building. The car wash features a single 110' wash tunnel and an extensive customer lounge area; it is expected to reopen during the first quarter of 2011.
Ryer Associates represented the seller, Somers Development, Inc., and Westchester Choice Realty represented the buyer. The property sold for $850,000.
