Saenz, Kirkland and Casey of Northeast Private Client Group sell Winn Street Office

Woburn, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) sold Winn Street Office, a 26,960 s/f two-story brick building at 110 Winn St.

Senior associate Francis Saenz, Drew Kirkland, and Jim Casey represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The building, built in the 1990s, is on 1.22 acres and is comprised of 17 office suites, with 60 off-street parking spaces.

“Congratulations to the buyers and sellers here. In a market where buyers and lenders are not confident about the multi-tenant office space. Our team was able to run a competitive process and generate competition for this great asset,” said Saenz, senior associate.
