According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Jim Saldamarco has recently negotiated five leases totaling 14,000 s/f.
Saldamarco was the sole broker in each transaction and represented the landlord in all of the deals.
Included was 144 North Main St., Branford where Dr. Edward Lim has leased 2,560 s/f of medical office space for a 10 year lease. Saldamarco is also currently marketing an additional 2,560 s/f of medical space at this property.
Representing Hill Commerce Realty Company, Saldamarco leased 6,000 s/f of warehouse space to Republic ITS at 87 Union St., New Haven. Republic ITS signed a three year lease; they are an electrical contracting company and were drawn to this space, as Turtle & Hughes Electrical Supply leased 10,000 s/f through Colonial last year in the adjacent space. Currently Saldamarco is marketing the remaining 8,000 s/f available at this property.
At 273 Indian River Rd., Orange, Eastern Horticultural Landscape Services leased a total of 3,300 s/f for three years. Eastern provides complete landscape services throughout the tri-state area.
Additionally, Saldamarco completed two leases of 1,000 s/f each at Red Bush Plaza, located at the intersection of Rte. 1 and Red Bush Ln. in Milford. The tenants were Hobies LLC, a specialty gift shop, and Sky Box Barber Shop.
