Sampson joins R.W. Holmes as associate

Wayland, MA According to R.W. Holmes, Bradley Sampson has joined the firm’s suburban team as an associate.

Sampson will assist landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and property sales. He will continue to focus on I-495 North and Rte. 2 submarkets.

Earlier this year, R. W. Holmes also added three new team members: Mike Fahy as associate broker, Anne Morrissette as director of marketing, and Timothy Hannon as director of property and project management.

“Our growth strategy focuses on adding team members who continue to meet our client service standard of top quality, hands-on service but modernizing that service to be more entrepreneurial and creative,” said R.W. Holmes managing director Dean Blackey. “After meeting Bradley, we knew he would fit our organization and culture well. Furthermore, it is a real benefit that Bradley has a track record of representing clients in the I-495/Rte. 2 market.”

Sampson worked for a suburban commercial brokerage firm prior to joining R.W. Holmes and also has experience in the life science and banking sectors where he worked as a financial analyst. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration - finance from Northeastern University.
