Scarborough, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Bear Essentials Fitness Inc. has leased 2,235 s/f of retail space from Willowdale 360 LLC at 360 U.S. Rte. One. This transaction was brokered by Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate.
In another transaction, Cardente Real Estate leased 1,081 s/f to Easy Pay Solutions from Willowdale 360 LLC. This transaction was brokered by Sandler and Susan Scanlon of Commercial Properties.
