Santiago of The Peabody Cos. achieves CPO designation

Braintree, MA According to The Peabody Companies, Marilyn Santiago has received Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Santiago, who joined The Peabody Cos. in October of 2025, is the property manager at Rita Hall in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
